This policy sets out how we seek to protect personal data and ensure that our staff understand the rules governing their use of the personal data to which they have access in the course of their work.

We will only ask for or collect the personal information we need to provide and improve the service, products and experiences our customers expect.

2. Who is collecting it

All-ind Ltd (Company Number: 05615151) is the data controller for the personal data. A data controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

3. How is it collected

Personal data is collected in one or more of the following ways:

• When you share your contact details with us at an exhibition or event

Our websites uses Google Analytics to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website. Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. Google Analytics also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor.

If you choose to subscribe to our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third-party data processor.


4. Why is it being collected?

The primary legal basis for processing your personal data is contractual, to allow us to carry out the business transactions agreed between you and All-ind Ltd.

In addition we may also process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in carrying out marketing activities and developing new products or services. However we will only send you marketing communications if you have told us it is okay to do so.

Our main reason for collecting and using your personal information is to provide and improve the service, products and experiences that you expect from us. We use the information you share with us in the following ways:

• To provide services and support for our products

• As long as you’re happy for us to do so, to tell you about our other products and services

Our newsletter will continue to be delivered by direct mail and accompanies financial documents including invoices, credit notes and statements as well as physical consignments. It is used to keep our customers up-to-date with company news, which we regard as being of legitimate interest under the General Data Protection Regulation.

You have the right to access, update and amend personal information that we hold about you. You can also:

• Ask us to limit or restrict our use of your personal information
